Youth Pastor
Josh Fletcher
Hello, I'm Joshua, and I am honored to serve as the youth director at Parham Road Baptist Church. I discovered my faith at an early age and since then, the Lord has guided me through every obstacle and challenge. He has instilled in me a deep passion for music, art, and spreading His word, particularly to the younger generation. I am blessed with a beautiful family: my wife, Bethany, and our children, Jenesis and Savannah.
The Lord has given me insight, the ability to read His word and relate it in a way that our youth today can understand. I can't wait to see what He does with this generation.

Children's Ministry
Mrs. Robin Kirkpatrick
I started working with children after my husband and I moved to Virginia in 1998 from Maryland. Both of us had been asked to work in children's ministry and then to become Awana Leaders. I started in Sparks and loved the Awana Program. We changed churches and I moved up into T&T program (3-6th graders). Before I knew it, God placed me as the Director of Children’s Ministry. As life moves, I had to step down and concentrate on homeschooling my own children and grandchildren.
I started volunteering at PRBC and then was asked to lead the children's ministry. I love working with children and watching them grow into productive young men and women. Watching the joy on their faces as the come to understand and love the Lord, is just so amazing.
My goal for working at PRBC is to bring the community and the church together through events and Bible lessons based on the true meaning and teachings of Jesus.
